The new school year will start as contact teaching in Finnish-speaking comprehensive schools, Espoo International School and all upper secondary schools on 13 August and in Swedish-speaking schools on 18 August. Starting from 10 August 2020, the public spaces at the Kalajärvi Service Centre will be open from Monday to Friday between 8:00 and 20:00. In other words, the Service Centre will return to its normal opening hours after the reduced summer hours.
The HUSLAB laboratory and X-ray unit at the Iso Omena Service Centre will return to their normal opening hours as of 10 August 2020. The Matinkylä Service Point has also returned to its normal hours after the summer.
The City of Espoo will reopen the Espoonlahti Service Point on Monday, 10 August 2020. The Service Point has been closed since March due to the coronavirus epidemic.
